Process
Consultation
If you can dream it, we can build it. This is where we meet you on-site to listen to your wants & needs, budget, get to know you, and start crafting ideas to make your vision come to life.
Design & Quote
After walking through ideas & budget during the consultation, we then present the initial 3D design & according quote. This is where we first see all ideas come to life! An extremely vital aspect that truly helps you visualize the space as if it were already there.
Architectural Plans & Engineering
Once both the design & quote get approved, we then get to work! At Plush, we handle all HOA approval & City Permitting in-house so you don't have to. Architectural plans get drafted & submitted to both the HOA & the city. This process typically takes 3-4 weeks.
Construction
After receiving approval from the city, we start your project as soon as we possibly can. Once construction begins, our in-house team works efficiently to get your new space completed as quickly as possible, without sacrificing quality along the way. (This project shown took roughly 6 weeks start to finish).
Paradise
Once construction is concluded, we then hand over your new space for you to enjoy! This is truly our favorite part. We love seeing our client's reactions to the finished project!
